So happy with this cake, I delivered it today to Harbour Heights Sandbanks. Hope Roland and Kallaya are having an amazing wedding day. I made the butterflies using royal icing run-outs, all the Tulips are made from flower paste.Bottom tier a light fruit cake, middle tier luscious lemon and the top tier coffee and walnut. It turned out lovely even if I do say so myself!!!
Working on new website at the moment and have had some professional shots of this cake and others, cant wait for it to be ready.
